As recommended by many customers in MENA, checking vehicle service history is a key process of reception to validate the previous work done on the vehicle and also recommend services accordingly.

After logging into MSA application and searching for a vehicle, the application redirects the user to the relevant car (and customer).

When clicking on “service history” icon located at the ”order/ quotations” area, service history information will be visible on the iPad:

Service history detail shows: Order number, Order date, Mileage, Job Number, Job description and respective job price:
