Business context
The incoming IDoc monitoring tool has been designed to quickly and efficiently inspect and react on possible communication failures. In contrast to the standard FSM Monitoring Cockpit, this tool allows to monitor incoming messages in context of a service order.
Functionality
Using the selection screen, a result list can be narrowed down to i.e. particular service order or number of service orders, organizational parameters or dates.
Output list provides following features:

Refresh | This function reloads IDocs list |
VSS Order Nr | Hotspot, allowing the user to navigate to /DBE/ORDER03. |
Log | Hotspot allowing user to navigate to the Application Log |
IDoc Number | Hotspot allowing user to navigate to the IDoc details |
Cancel | Function triggers IDoc cancellation process (Time Effort, Goods movement, Mileage, Stock transfer) |
Function is available as a separate transaction as well as report that can be accessed directly from Service order (FSM Parts pop-up).
