VSS Order extensions

New order type has been defined 2502 to support Mobile Service scenarios.

Service order has been enhanced with additional information for effective cooperation with SAP FSM ecosystem.

Job level is enriched with activity data providing details of FSM activity including:

• Current status

• Technician assignment

• Duration / Start and End date and time

Activity serves as a link between the two applications. Job created in SAP VSS is a base for activity to be planned and then executed by technician using SAP FSM mobile client.

Attachments, service reports, photos delivered by technician are stored on activity level.
