Business context
Service call that is relevant to field service use.
Functionality
Sending of service call from SAP VSS to SAP FSM. This only applies to service call type “2502 Mobile service”. It is used in case there is an unexpected event service call(s) were not sent to SAP FSM or it used when a new FSM Cloud company is created. Usually this is not needed as full sync from SAP FSM will update all necessary data. This may be used in case there is an upload of new service call in a quality test system. Example below shows sending of a single SAP VSS order to SAP FSM.

Note: This transaction supports deletion requests from SAP VSS to SAP FSM. Default the checkbox “Delete flag” is not checked. If need to use this, be very certain that you don’t create data inconsistency between SAP VSS and SAP FSM.
Reserved Material

Business context
Reserved material consignment needed for service job execution.
Functionality
This is just used to resend reserved material from SAP VSS order to SAP FSM in the event there is an unexpected event that the reserved material wasn’t updated in SAP FSM.
The selection fields available are self-explanatory and this transaction can be used to send for deletion instead. Default program parameters are set as sending without delete checkbox ticked. Be very careful on using the delete checkbox as this may lead to data inconsistency between SAP VSS and SAP FSM. The field “Pricing Ref. Matl” refers to the reserved material (spare part number) in the SAP VSS order.
