Dispatch Monitor Master Data

Depending on the Scenario different Master Data need to be setup. To use the Dispatch monitor in its minimal scenario (only day-based allocations) the following master data need to be created:

• Hierarchies

• Resources, including working schedules, availabilities, absences and reservations

• User Assignment to SRS Hierarchi

• LV_MAIN Groups that should be used as Departments in the customizing need to be defined

• Make and Model determination from SRS <> VSS and vice versa need to be defined

• For Access Sequence, determination of Allocation Sequence and Determination of Sorting Sequence

All new Master Data Settings can be reached using transaction /DBME/WMA_MENU_USER.

If the Dispatch Monitor should be used with time-based SRS Appointments as well, the standard setup for SRS is required.
